Motorbike show a success

The squadron ran the helmet creche and parked bikes at the 2009 motobike show at Llangollen. Cadets and staff from 2279 Wrexham and 1251 Berwyn attended on both days of the show which was held at the international eisteddfod site.

As you can see the cadets took the oportunity to chat !

There was also time to actually move helmets !

We also had a ring-side for the motorbike jumping of Jason Rennie !

Donations from the bikers were generous too making this a worth-while weekend. This may be due not only to their generous nature but the convenience of donating £2 after having paid the £8 entry fee.....so maybe we thank David Green for setting such a sensible fee !
